Assuming you meant police records / clearances: RCMP yes, FBI
no. Visa office will try to do the RCMP assuming you provide
complete fingerprints set to them, but for FBI you will need to
get it yourself.

You cannot apply for Canada Permanent Residence in Seattle
Consulate. Assuming you can claim either USA or Canada as your
residence / nationality, then only Buffalo Visa Office will

Thanks to all who are replying. I used to visit this newsgroup a few
years ago. And Mr. Humphries used to be active here then as well. Glad
to see that you are still doing the good work that you do. Anyway
