Ok let me elaborate little bit more. Thanks for clarifying about the
RCMP clearance. I am in South Korea. Since I worked in the US almost 4
years I have to get the FBI fingerprinting clearance thing.
How can it be done from Korea. Please elaborate.

Please follow the instruction here:
http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/fprequest.htm

IMHO the only unclear issue is where to actually get
fingerprinted. You can try other local police if they have such
service, or find a commercial fingerprinting service. You may
need to try to print the fingerprinting form from the FBI page
above if the fingerprinting service does not have that form.
