citizenship at Mississauga office

I applied for citizenship in August 2006, took the test in March, 2007
and still waiting for my oath date. I sent a fax to the Mississauga
office to inquire about my application. That was 3 weeks ago. but
there is no response whatsoever. My online status hasn't changed since
the test. What are my options now?

You should hear from them in a few months per the CICs website information.
Your case is still within the norms.
