What happen to a new immgrant work in forgen Country? Will he loose the days when he works in other Country?

I am going to hire a new Immgrant from China and send him back to work
in China. Later when He apply for Canadian Citizen, does the days he
work in China count as staying in Canada? What document I should
present?

This does not apply to citizenship application residency
obligation, which was what the OP asked.

No.

Citizenship application residency obligation require the
applicant to live in Canada 3 years in the 4 years preceding the
application. There is no exception for that.
