refuse, approvel, or what?
You give no details whatever to provide clues. However, "Decision made"
means only that and the nature of the decision is not given. You have to
await correspondence to find out what was decided.

Im presumming that this means you checked the status of your file on-
line and say that it says "Decision Made".
A letter from Immigration should be on its way to you soon. If it has
been more than a few weeks since the comment was put on your file, and
you have not received anything, you need to get in touch with the
office.
This could mean approval, rejection, or in some types of applications
- an inital approval with the case still to be finalized.
