If you marry then you must return the landing documents unused and add your
wife to your application. If you are not in a hurry to settle in Canada
then that would be a good option. What you cannot do is land in Canada with
your visa (issued to you as a "single" person) if you have married in the
meantime.
For option 2. the only reasonable choice is for you to sponsor her but that
would require you to settle in Canada first.

Thanks Jim for the quick response. But I am confused now. You are
saying that I am not allowed to change my marital situation before I
recive my landing documents?
Other question is that if (2) is the only option, will there be any
processing time difference between if she applies as married person or
as single?
