I don't know about everyone else but I am getting fed up of reading the sad and deranged posts of the certainly mentally ill. Using Outlook Express one would click on "Message" and choose "Block Sender" from the drop down menu. I have used that for the news spam, mad ranters, shoe sales messages and other mischief abuse.
