Hi all,
I am in India and I am a software engineer . I have over 2 years of
experience in software programming , 1 year in research , and 1 year
in teaching. I want to know whether I can apply directly for
immigration to the Canadian authority or is it always better to go
through a consultant/service provider. I have a big question that will
I get a job in Canada if I immigrate and will I have to shell out a
lot of money to go to Canada.
Thanks in advance.
Krishna.

You should start your research at the CIC's website and follow up with a
visit to WIKI.  I hope someone reading this can add to that with personal
experiences.
