Don't worry.
Nobody will deport you. Canada is happy to get healthy, educated
family for free.
Lost for your country, but at least 1 million $ free gift for Canada/
every immigrant. Most of Canadians cannot afford to have kids, no
money.
You should be OK. Bring proof of your purchase of the apartment in Canada
too.

Dear Wasana, Please don't worry you will be OK. This person might be
talking about he fact that if you would bring more money than CAD
10.000 you will have to report this at the Port of Entry.

You don't need to bring any money. You can just tell the immigration
officer that the money will follow you in a bank transfer, etc.
Even if you are carrying cash they won't care to count it. They never do.
Good luck.

Hi Enigma Box,
In the past months, many of my clients had to show the cash. The
officer counted it, wrote it down on a form and it has been sent to
Ottawa. The department is Financial Transaction. (FinTrac).
They just record it.
