Request for Info about Time taken to Apply for Canadian Immigration from Dubai

Hi All
My wife and I are both planning to relocate to work in Dubai from
Bangalore, India in the IT field. We would also like to immigrate to
Canada thru the skilled worker program in the long term.

My questions to the forum are

1. Does anybody know the approximate time frame for a couple to obtain
PR from Dubai.
2. Can I reach Dubai and apply in the first or the second month?
3. Is it time frame to apply from Dubai is faster than applying in
Bangalore, India.

Probably 4 to 5 years without an approved job offer.

Perhaps a little faster but not necessarily.

There is no timeframe as to when you can apply. As long as you have legal
status in Duabi you can apply. It usually takes 24 months+ from Dubai. If
you know u are gonna be in Dubai for the next two years then apply from
Dubai or else apply from Banglore.
