hi, Nabil
we are a middle aged couple with professional degrees. I happen to
read the experiences of some of the immigrants, which have scared me a
lot, Your's seems to be only positive story of immigration there.
So i came across two contrasting stories.... that have raised a doubt
in my mind about taking the necessary step.
bye for now.

Immigration in general is a hard thing. You cannot immigrate and
expect everything will go easy on you, easier than in your home
country in normal situation (if your country in absolute mess -
such as war or famine - in you in the middle of it, of course
everywhere else will be better).
For Canada, my general observation is that if you already settle
in your own country (work, family, etc) and looking for better
social economic level than what do you have before, then you
will UNLIKELY get better social economic level in Canada.
