Immigration Forum / Canada / July 2008Skilled migration application cannot find the forms
Hi, I received a letter by the Canadian Embassy asking me to fill the following forms as part of the skilled migration process --An updated application form (IMM008 Generic) --Schedule 1 for every person 18 years and older --Schedule 3 for yourself --Additional family information form for every person 18 years and older (IMM5406) --Supplementary Information (IMM5223) I was instructed that these forms are available at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/skilled.html However when I navigate to the above url I get a page not found error. I found all the forms requested except for the following --Supplementary Information (IMM5223) Can you please tell me from where I can find this form as well.
