Hi, Please anyone can tell me if I can sponsor my niece (my sister's
daughter)
through family class. She is 33 and divorced with one child. I meet
all necessary financial and
immigration requirements.

I heard that there have been some changes in the Family sponsorship
class recently and now the above is possible

Thanks,
Sam

No, she is not a member of the family class federally, if you live in
Alberta, you can check their PNP site.

Please read here on who you can sponsor:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-who.asp#who_can
(also read the other part of page about who eligible to sponsor)

If you live in a province other than Ontario and Quebec, your
province may have a provincial nominee program (PNP) which may
have its own family sponsorship program. For instance Manitoba
PNP allow to sponsor more relative than what Federal Family
Class allow.
