My local embassy (Cairo) has asked that i provide proof that I'll come
back to Canada (sponsor) which i did.

Do u guys think my husband will get his PR soon?

Its been 5 months since i submitted the application and we are routine
(no criminal or medical, same culture, region, age.. etc...)

I sent:

- A letter explaining my plans to reestablish myself in Canada

-letter from my parents saying that they will accommodate us until we
can be on our own

- Letter from family doctor stating my parents are ill and they need
me

-Job offer

- Application for college (I didn't get accepted yet...)

-Bank account in Canada

I hope this means its over!!

Hello everyone,

Since my question is related to this one, i wantto ask it here instead
of creating a new one. I`m working as a software developer. My boss
stated that our company`s financial status is not good and they may
consider downsizing, in that case i`m gonna be the first one who will
leave the company. That`s why i consider to seek a new job. I wonder,
if i find a new job ,can i apply for a new work permit while working
for my current company? Or should i leave my job first and than apply
for a new one?
