I have been asked by canadian high commission, new delhi to update my
application.I have downloaded application from the net.I applied 4
years back.

Now my query is that in schedule1 application form there is a column 9
which asks that applicant or dependent had ever applied or refused
canadian visa?
I was refused visitor visa when I was a 4 year old child. Father had
applied from canadian embassy in US when we had gone there for
holidaying but it was refused.

But 4 years back when I had filed initially I had mentioned NO in that
column and my parents had misplaced that old passport . Now I want to
write YES and my father got this old passport from my mother.Actually
they got divorced and in this melee were not knowing who had this
passport and at which country(she is in US and I am in India).

Now my question is can anyone please reply that what should I do in
this situation?

thanking you in advance.

You can report it now without fear of negative consequences.
