Legally speaking, I don't believe Canada cares if you have been deported
from the US.
There probably are some exceptions to this, but I don't know what they are.
Most likely, you will have no problem.
The US is about to economically implode due to the debit + deficit crisis it
is in, so you will miss nothing by not being in the US.
2000 : 0.65 USD = 1 CAD
2008 : 1.00 USD = 1 CAD
2010? : 1.55 USD = 1 CAD
Who knows, maybe the US will eventually offer "Free Citizenship" to anyone
that buys 1 Million USD in Government Bonds. Countries do that when their
currency is totally worthless, and the US Treasury is printing bills so it
can set up hyperinflation to save the day.
2012: Cost of McD's Cheeseburger ... 1 Million USD; Cost of US citizenship
... 100 Million USD.
