Hello, I am filling out an application for Candian Immigration for
myself, my wife and my 2 year old son. It says in the instructions
that I have to fill out the "Additional Family Information" form for
each of the family members above the age of 18 i.e. for me and my
wife.

How do I specify which completed form is for "me" and which completed
form is for "my wife"? e.g. one of the forms will have my parents
name, my brothers & sisters listed and the other one will have my
wife's family information. But there is no way to specify which
completed form belongs to who.

Please advise if there is any misunderstanding on my part. Thanks in
advance for your help.

The first entry of the form (i.e. "Applicant") will be for the
person the form filled for. So for you the Applicant will be
you, for your wife the applicant will be your wife.

Furthermore, the form should be signed by the specific person.
