Hi, I am English and 39 years old and desperate to move to canada to
be with my brother who resides there. if i were to apply under the
skilled worked scheme for permanent residency the processing times are
around 3 years. Is there any other route at all that i can take to
speed up the process?
any help would be greatly appreciated

There are some options. In some cases you can get a work permit to
enter Canada before you apply for Permanent Residence. Some provinces
also have nominee programs that expedite applications.

There are a lot of directions that this conversation could go, if you
want personalized advise feel free to contact me via my website.
