Dear Sir
i  am chemical engineer by profession . During my whole academic
career of 16 year mode of lectures, text book and exams were in
English . After that i joined State Oil Company there also all
official documenatation was in English language and all verbal and
written and verbal communication were in  English Language . I need to
confirm that either i need IELTS for applying Canadian immigration as
a skilled worker or not.I would be thankful in avance to  friends who
have passed through this process and would give  me their sincere
advice ..

Best regards

Ali

Yes, you need IELTS (especially if you need high score in
English language) unless you can prove that your native language
is English.
