Hi Is there any delay on immigration process due to Financial Crisis?? I heard that it has been hold for next 8 months... However, if you are talking specifically about Federal Skilled Worker Class, all ordinary new application submitted since Feb 2008 has been on-hold since then, waiting for the new rule that suppose to complete the new law. No estimated time when the hold will be lifted.
