Hello,

I will be applying under inland spousal category.

Does anyone have any good (or bad) experience with Lawyer/Consultant, say
who will give you money back should you be refused, so, the
Lawyer/Consultant would be interested to do not just any job but a good job,
so he or she gets to keep the money.

Any suggestions will be appreciated,

Glen

Why won't you ask experts contributing to this group? Andrew Miller
for example is in Vancouver, his expertise and honesty (sometimes
harsh) are well known and quite appreciated here for many years and as
far as I know he provides money back guarantee...

I am surprised that you have not heard of Andrew Miller. I wish I had his
services unfortunately at the beginning I was not aware of this NG and hired
a reputed law firm which is not up to the mark.

Any good consultant should offer you a contract.
As part of the contract there should be a guarantee that YOUR MONEY WILL BE
REFUNDED unless you fail the following categories.
You fail medical or police clearance, or falsify your documents
Government processing fees will not be returned But if a consultant takes on
your case he should know based on the point system and his expertise weather
you will be accepted or not.

You may forget one point a change of the pass mark is uncontrollable.
