Sir,
I am from Ind and  studying in NZ.I am getting 70 points and wish to
lodge my application.
So which application should I choose?
Asia/Pacific
           New Delhi, India
Since there is no mention of NZ?

Try there first.
Most but not all the information you want is available from this site

Mr. Yadagiri,

If you are admitted lawfully into New Zealand for more than 12 months,
then you can apply through Sydeny post. Otherwise, it is better to apply
through New Delhi. Note that processing times at New Delhi may be longer
as compared to Australia.

Anyway, it all depends on how long you are going to be in New Zealnd. If
you are going to be there for at least two yeras from now, then apply
through Sydeny otherwise do it from New Delhi

Hope this helps
