How does the visa officer consider the overall band score as compared
to individual band scores in sub categories(speaking, reading,
listening,writing)? What if the over score is 7.5 but score in one of
the language ability is 6.5?

You have your answer alreay. The visa officer looks at the individual band
scores and awards points for each. The overall score is not used in the
assessment.

I have already replied to your original post and provided you with proper
calculation of your points in the Language factor. Overall band is
absolutely irrelevant - it is your proficiency level in each skill what
