I did a k3 for my wife and she is here now, but the I-130 I filed through Nebraska has not been approved yet. I filed the I-130 back on March 15, 2004. Most likely, doing a DCF in the UK is quicker than going the 130/K3 route in the US, and quite possibly even quicker than a 130 within the VSC are of jurisdicition. > >>oct. 3, 2003. Direct Consular Filing is by far the quickest method and you get your greencard at the end of it. Look on visajourney.com for timelines and a DCF forum for more information > oct. 3, 2003. Over 1 year behind! zeo, Less than 1 year behind (but not much) - it's not October yet. Anyway, this is consistent with my I-130 experience at teh NSC - Receipt Notice Date 2 October 2003, Approval Notice Date 22 September 2004.
