Hi does anyone know what the I =864 is please? I have just been
aproved my I -130 and am already in the USA on a K3

Annya,

I-864 is a USCIS form, an Affidavit of Support. You can find it in the
forms section of the USCIS web site.

once your i130 is approved, they will first send you the 864 bill along
with a barcode document. once they receive payment from you, they will
send you the 864 form, also with another barcode document. then you can
send the form with the barcode back to them.
