Anyone been approved lately from Memphis
Tenn for a 485,,,,if so please post timeline
and does anyone know how long does it take for an ead renewal from
Missouri to come about
my husband applied for his ead renewal last Monday,,,,,we got the paper
back yesterday that showed they received it because we paid
extra for a signature.......I am thinking that
we will get a paper from the Ins saying that
they received the paper work and we need
to call for fingerprinting again......please help me
I know sometimes I can be a worry wort
just cant help it.....

I wish more people who filed in memphis will post their timelines so
that we know what is going there right now. U are right if someone who
got approved lately can post his timeline would give us at least a clue
!!! By the way, whenever i get an approval on the i485 or anything i
will update my timeline !!! Do not worry Brenda, things will be better
off. I heard someone who filed last July 2003 got an AOS inteview in
Memphis. I do not think their posted dates are close to reality !!!
Let's hope for the best !!!

We filed the 485 in March of this year, and my
husband's work visa runs out in March....we
filed for a renewal and we mailed the paper work off to Memphis last
Monday...........so
we got a letter telling us that we could call for
fingerprinting.......so we are off to Nashville on November 19 at 8 am
for fingerprinting....it took his from March 21 of 2003 until May 23 to
get his first ead card from Memphis..

It took about 2 months to get his first ead card.
I am sorry about this post.....I am not sure the first post went
through.
