I-751, N-400 and AR-11 questions?

Hi everyone,

Upon reading several pages of previous posts, a few things are unclear
and I have a few questions to ask. Okay first of all:

1. Does TSC send "I-751 transfer notices" to the Charlotte, NC office?
2. Will applying for N-400 help speed up the I-751 process? Can an
applicant get an approval for both of these at the same time?
3. After becoming a USC through N-400 and you relocate(within the
same state), do you still have to report a change of address(AR-
  11) to USCIS?
4. Where can you go to get the material to study for citizenship? Are
there any websites to go to get this study material?

Thank you everybody! :)

PS-This website is a breath of fresh air.....no mudslinging, bashing, or
 interrogating...Cool!!!!

1. Not sure what you mean.

2. Maybe. Yes.

3. No. Not if you move anywhere. You are a USC!

Thank you for your reply Sphrapicus :)   What I meant by #1 was that I
heard that a few service centers will notify you by mail when your
approved
I-751 has been transferred to your district office. (I don't know if I
understood this correctly though). I was just wondering if TSC will
notify me of the transfer of my I-751 to the Charlotte, NC office. I was
reading where VSC had notified applicants by mail when their I-751's
were transferred to the Boston office. Does this make sense Sphy? I
would think that this would be way too much paperwork and effort on the
service center's part, but I don't know.  Thanks a bunch for helping me
Sphy...As you always do! :)

Approved I-751s are not sent to the district offices.  Unapproved ones
are when an interviewed is required.  In those cases, yes, you get
notification.

You will also get notification if the I-751 is approved by the service
center and told to go to the district office to get a new green card
made up (I-89).
