Hi, My husband and I have our interview on Nov 2 for AOS and I was
wondering about the affidavit of support, When we filed all the paper
work I was his sponsor and we also had a co- sponsor, Well we have
had a second child since then and I am no longer working and am a
stay at home mom.

My question is- Do we leave the affidavit like it is or will our co-
sponsor need to be his full sponsor now?

Thank You for any advice you may be able to give us.

You are his sponsor - that never changes regardless of your income! You
can also use your husband's earnings for the I-864 also as long as he's
been living with you for 6 months. Depending on his income, you may not
need a co-sponsor at this point in time. Still, I would advise taking
an updated I-864 with you. If your cosponsor's earnings have not
changed and is still able to provide for his family + your husband, you
should be fine.
