Hi,

I married a Mexican woman who entered the country on a tourist visa and
has overstayed. She has supported herself and her two kids by working and
has paid taxes using her Tax ID #.

Can someone point me to instructions on how/where to apply for change of
status, green card, etc? This woman is a college graduate with a degree in
Biochemistry and has worked as the plant manager for a food processing plant
and a mathematics teacher in Mexico.

I stumbled across one site hosted by a prominent attourney, containing
lots of info on this subject,  but I haven't been able to find it since.

And is there any way to get a waiver of filing fees? If I remember
correctly, it costs almost $800 simply to FILE the numerous required forms,
which must be filed simultaneously.

Thanks for your time and attention

Well, you might've filled in the bit that has already been answered for
you. Unless it was useless to you :)
