Hi, my husband just got his passport back from the US embassy London.
We filed for a K3 fiance visa I129  The visa stamped inside his passport
says One Entry Only and expires in 90 days??? Shouldn't the visa expire
in 2years with multiple entry?  Did the embassy make a mistake?  OR do
they stamp a 2year visa at the US Point of Entry?
Help

Hi:

They made a mistake.  Get it fixed before you leave.  It should be free
of charge.  This happens on occassion.

Thank you so much for your response.  Who do you suggest I contact?  My
husband called the 2pound a minute US embassy in London and they were no
help!  I also emailed them and have received NO response.
Is there anything I can do here from LA?

Hi:

Use the E-mail for the NIV section.  Or go there in person if its not
too inconvenient.

A letter might help.

Whatever way you can.

My husband is still in England.  THanks for the email address, sorry
I wasn't clear I thought there might be someone here in LA I could
contact.  We tried the UK email address, it was usless and he can't
go to the US embassy because they won't let him in without an
appointment letter.

Hi,

Continue to email them. This is the holiday seasons. Things will get
back to normal after the holiday break.

Let your husband call this number (09055-444-546 calls cost 1.30/min).
They might have an appointment letter for him.

He can also write the head of the Visa Unit at the Consulate.

Good Luck
