The I-130 must be filed first; once it is filed, the I-129F for the K-3
can be filed.
The I-130 will be filed at one of four Service Centers depending on
where your husband lives.
The I-129F will be filed at the National Benefits Center.
Processing times for all of these locations are available at the USCIS
website, http://www.uscis.gov. (USCIS is the "Immigration Department" of
the United States government.) Click on "Case Status and Processing
Times" below the yellow oval.
