Hiya everyone, um I'm married to an american we didnt mail yet but are
gonna mail a I-130, BUT someone said i wouldnt beable to visit him in
the US, can anyone tell me if this is true or not, i would hate to hve
to stay in wet ole england all summer!!!.....( no i will miss my
gorgeous man if not), also what if any opinions about whether or not to
bother with the K3 as the I-130 is being processed faster????????

It's not true *but* you must be prepared to show significant and ongoing
ties to the UK - letter from your employer, mortgage or lease
agreements, etc. Even with that proof, admission is at the discretion of
the POE officer. He's thinking... she's married to a USC... maybe she's
trying to beat the system!
