Just wanted to share our timeline:

21 May 2003 - AOS interview, wife approved
2 August 2003 - Received 2-year conditional green card
18 March 2005 - Sent I-751 packet to VSC
21 March 2005 - VSC received packet
28 March 2005 - Received I-797 NOA from VSC extending green card 1 year
and stating that processing form will require a minimum of 30 days.
30 March 2005 - Received another copy of I-797 from VSC.

Now the wait begins anew. :)
