> Are you going for the K3 rather than the CR1?
Thats just it, I`m not sure what we are doing. Is this is where I have a
choice? if so, it seems the K3 will get me there sooner if thats
possible, yet leave more paperwork to complete when in the US?? does
that sound about right?

Hi Dex,
Even with the K-3, you can enter the states and then still have a
choice whether to remain in the USA for your AOS, or return to the UK
for consular interview and receive your CR-1 visa. It's totally up
to you. :)
Best Wishes

For London for a K3 it's a 134, for London for a CR1/VR1 it's an 864.
Sounds to me like you've got a CR1/IR1 which means the green card. What
does NVC say?

Sorry, I meant a CR1/IR1 not a CR1/VR1.

If you mean what does NVC say by calling them we cannot ever get through
to them.
On Pkt 3 I received it says it`s a K3.
Phew my head is spinning again, pass the rope lol.

Well all I can tell you is that you need to keep trying to get through
to NVC-they have operators there 17 hours a day, and that the 864 goes
with an immigrant visa and the 134 goes with a NON immigrant visa.
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it, :)
