Hi milan,
For my husband, who renewed his EAD in April this year, it took 3.5
weeks from his biometrics to receiving the EAD card in the mail.
Your AOS will depend on the backlog at your local office. Go to
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp? to find your local
office and get an estimate of processing time.
Best Wishes,
Rene

Sorry milan, I was just giving you our example as a time frame. It
doesn't matter when it's a new one or a renewal, the processing is the
same. Hopefully you'll get yours soon after your biometrics
appointment. :)
