Down to the wire, we went in AGAIN to see if our AP had been done (the
original we filed in March, before everything started going to Chicago,
had been lost/"not in our system.")
So we go in. They "don't know where our stuff is" and tell us to wait.
. .. ugh . . not again. In the 2.5 hours we sat there, THREE other
people came in with the same problem. Two of those were lawyers looking
for their clients. One laywer had filed in January, they lost it,
refiled in March, they lost that, and then once again.... each time
they "reconstructed" the AP Application and, I don't know, just tossed
it out the window.
Needless to say, we were terrified that they were going to lose our 2nd
Application as well. By some luck, it ended up getting rushed through
this morning for us.
How unorganinzed. Scary that these are people's lives are being tossed
around like so much paper. I appreciate that they took care of us, but
that's no excuse for so many "not in our system / lost" applications.

Hi:
It is a disaster area. Been that way for some time.
