Thanks, but
We use Family Name as Family Name, which I, my father, mom & all in
family has same (even my ancestors). But we mostly use our
father/husband name as Middle name.
So, name would be like "My Name [First Name]" then "My Father Name
[Middle Name] and "Our Family name [Last Name].
So, my PP has name like John [My Name] Quincy [Father Name] Smith
[Family Name]. GC might be with John Q. Smith. So, I guess change would
be only they will abbreviate my fathers name, which is my middle name,
and that’s was my question, that would it matter?
Thanks for your all replies

As Mr Folinsky said, no it won't matter. John Quincy Smith and John Q.
Smith are the same name.
