I-864 Household Size w/Joint Sponsor?

Quick question:

Me, Husband, and baby that's due in a few weeks plan on filing DCF via
London (if we don't get rejected).

We know we won't have $$$ to avoid a Joint Sponsor - so we are asking my
stepdad. We plan on living with him & my mom.

Form I-864 is confusing though:

Part 3:

List any Spouse and/or children immigrating with the immigrant named
above in this part.

The word "Immigrant" does not apply to myself or any USC
children, correct?

So my stepdad only puts down my Husband here?

For a total household number it should be 3?

This seems to be a tricky one....

Some are saying household is 5 but I'm not immigrating nor is the baby
being USC.

Correct.

No. Your stepdad needs to list all five of you because, as you state,
you will all be living with him... ie., there will be five of you in his
household even though only one will be an immigrant. If you and the baby
were living elsewhere with your husband, then he would only need to list
three people.

While you and baby are not immigrants, you will be members of the
household related by birth, marriage etc (to your stepdad) and so up the
number to 5.
