hi everybody,
I've been married to USC.
We filed on February 12 2004 in NYC local office
Yesterday (oct 28 2005 ) i received NOA
"request for applicant to appear for initial interview"
wow- that was the happiest day of my life- finally i will be able to go
home so my family can see my husband and son!!!
interview will be in january (mid).
i know its silly but i'm making plans for trip already.
for these who filed in NYC- don't give up!!!!

Hi Sobol,

That's great news, congratulations! A word of caution, though...make
plans, but don't finalize anything (i.e., don't buy your ticket - unless
it's refundable), until you have the approval stamp in your passport.
You never know if they will need something more from you at the
interview, or if your security check is still pending.

i'm planing the trip, or better thinking about it. but not in terms of
buying plane tickets.
