Well I finally got my appointment for my biometrics for my EAD. My
divorce is not final yet, she is tring to streach as much as she can
cause she is on my health insurance and she knows i will take her off
once its final.

Question, what is the worse that can happen at the office when i go
for fingerprinting. I have not recieved any notice in the mail that my
AOS application has been denied yet. What concerns me is that she
might have withdrawn the I-130 and changed my address knowing how
vindictive she is.

Is there a possibility that they might detain me there for
whatever reason?

Hey G,

Your situation sounds complicated enough, and although many people on
this site give excellent advice, I'm not sure such advice from people
who have not gone through a similar experience as you might be the best
option for you. I'm not sure if you have legal representation or not,
but if I were you then that is something I would strongly consider to
get the answers you are looking for, as your case is bound to get a lot
more complicated and involved.

All the best

If there is a change ins status, you have to notify them.
