I understand your frustration with the wait, but must you post the
same question over and over every single day? Sit back and wait.
There is absolutely nothing that will speed this up and you are
powerless to change the speed at which time passes. Switch to
decaf... it'll help! Really!

I believe AILA recently posted the FBI check expedite criteria. Don't
know if it will apply to you, but you should run this by your AILA
attorney to see if any action is warranted.

And in my opinion, it is not just the wait for the name and print
check but for the DAO to see the results, retrieve your file and
finalize the process.

Sorry to hear that you have not heard back.  It must be so frustrating to
have waited so long to go to the interview, then actually having been to the
interview you have to wait to hear back from FBI.

You know,  I don't have the same story to share with you, but I have been
visiting this site

to check up on my EAD.  There seem to be lots of people there discussing
similar issues.  In fact, just now I saw a post there regarding FBI name
checks.  And recently I read a case of someone who ... wait for this, AT THE
INTERVIEW asked the person who interviewed her if he would PLEASE see if he
can do something to approve the case there and then.  And you know what ...
he went out of the room, came back two minutes later and stamped her
passport.  He said, the FBI check is clear!!!

I don't know what to make of this story, but quite frankly nothing surprises
me about the USCIS.
