Immigration Forum / USA Marriage Base / December 2005E-FILING, current immigrant status?
Hey everybody!!:) I am e-filing my I-765 renewal (time goes by so fast!!) and I have a quick question, one of the questions asks for current immigration status, I am a K3 until February but I already sent out my AOS application, what should I say? K3'ers can't e-file, only AOS pending applicants, I can't find the right type on the drop down list:(, there is an unknown but.. I don't know.. Any suggestions??
