k1 visa packet 3 and 4 question

Hello everyone, I have a question hope some one could help me with. My question is that when the fiancee(beneficiary) receive packet 3 and
4, does the petitioner also receive a letter stating that packet 3 and 4 is sent to the beneficiary?

Umm... no! Once the petition is submitted, with the exception of
financial information, the petitioner is pretty much out of the picture
for the rest of the immigration journey.
