I was the one who asked for advice about my missed appo for EAD
biometrics. I just want to send you an update: I received an email
today from USCIS saying my 765 has been approved.

Thanks so much to those of you who replied, shared with me your
insights and sent me suggestions. I really really appreciate your
help!!!!

FYI. I walked in on Jan 05 for fingerprints and the 765 was approved
today Jan 30.

Here is my timeline:

Nov 20 2005 - Sent out my applications for I485, 765 and 131
Nov 29 2005 - Notice of receipt for all three cases
Dec 2 2005 - USCIS sent out the letter for biometrics appointment for
I485 and 765
Dec 20 2005 - The original bio appo for 485 and 765, which I missed
Jan 05 2006 - Walked in for the biometrics for 485 and 765
Jan 23 2006 - Approval (email) notice for I131 received
Jan 30 2006 - Approval (email) notice for I765 received
