Hi All
my question for the people who received a NOA for submitting the
original green card after I-751 application .
how much time the NOA gave you to submit your green card ? is it less
than month or over a month ?
I am traveling with my work and I am worried that I could get the NOA
and miss the due date
Thanks

See what happens for my I-751 "funny letter" thread getting all hijacked
and ugly?!
(ram, this is not just to you but all I-751ers):
There IS no One Way to do this now and every DO and SC seems to be
asking for something different.
As long as you filed your I-751 properly in the correct timeframe, your
status is extended.
If you want proof of your status, go to your DO with an InfoPass
appointment and get your passport stamped. I highly recommend that you
follow the instuctions on whatever letter you got if you want your case
to continue being processed.
I have read NO reports anywhere yet of anyone actually getting their new
card back no matter what method of returning the card, not returning the
card, going to the DO etc. My DAH has not yet received HIS new card, and
he did his original biometric/I-89 appiontment in August.
I think you-all's heads might explode! :)

My letter doesnt have any timeframe. It came 3 weeks after we recieved
NOA and there is no deadline to submit GC. But I guess, the sooner
the better.
