Hi guys,

Two questions:

(1) Each of us submits a G-325A.  I realize when she fills it out,
she'll put her name and whatnot in here.  But whtn *I* (the USC) fill
out the form, do I put her name in this box?  Or mine?

A bit confusing... because *I'm* applying for the petition but *she's*
applying for the Visa :)

(2) Neither of us has an A#.  Do we "n/a" that portion of the box?

Thanks in advance!

1. Not sure what you mean.

2. Leave A number blank. You get that when you enter the US

On the biographical form G-325A, there's a big, bold box at the bottom
of the page that is titled "Applicant", that asks for Name, Address,
etc.  This is in addition to the Name, Address, etc. fields at the top
of the page.

Each of us has to fill out this form.  When she fills out her form, it's
obvious that her name an information go into this field, so no questions
regarding her filling out her form.

When *I* fill out the form, do I put her name and information there
because *she's* applying for the Visa?  Or do I put my name an
information there, because *I'm* applying for the petition?  (I.e. what
does "applicant" mean?)

Thanks!

Your name in your box and her name in her box

Be careful using N/A.  Using it in the wrong instance will result in a
referal for evidence RFE.  She can put None or a few dahes and you write
none.  The A# is applicable, thus N/A is not appropriate.  The same for
a social security number.
