Photos and London Interview and nerves...

I'm just wondering if anyone knows... we have our embassy interview a
week from Monday (in London), and I'm double-checking the list of
things.  When we sent in our packet 3 stuff, we had affixed photos to
the DS-156 form, as specified on the form, and somewhere on
VisaJourney it says to do that, too.  But since then, I've seen people
say, take the pictures to the interview, etc.

I know that I'm just having fits of paranoia, but would it be wise to
have another set of pictures taken?  This would be a bit difficult to
do, for various reasons, so I don't want to if it's not necessary, but
I'm so nervous about something going wrong.

Any thoughts about this appreciated....

Thanks for the pictures!

Hey there:)
I am sure they will have your pictures. When I went for my K3 interview
in Madrid I brought the pictures with me (every embassy proceeds
different..), it turned out they needed a bigger kind of picture, they
had a picture machine there, took new ones and it was all good. Don't
stress too much, You will be ok, It is not as bad as you think, London's
staff is very friendly and helpful. Just think you'll be in the arms of
your fiancee pretty soon!
Good Luck!

Hi Nina,
I don`t if you will need to take extra set of photo`s. If you have
the time to spare you can get exactly what you need from this chemist
shop it`s about halfway between Oxford street and the embassy, a 5
minute walk either way. I had my set done there and in and out in
under 10 minutes.

Good luck with interview.

There you go, a pharmacy down the road (and it's a lot cheaper than
whatI paid for my American passport photo for bio form :( ) so
you're all set!

Good luck with the interview, you're nearly there now :D

if getting a couple of photos taken will ease your nerves, why do
you need an open forum discussion on the matter?? Go get them done,
then relax!

Snappy Snap do them. I walked in and they knew straight away what to do
for Immigrant pictures.

Sigh.  If it were that simple, I would *obviously* do it.  At the
moment, my fiancé is having severe physical problems that make any
extra trip, even someplace as simple as to get photographs, a truly
large problem.

Anyway, we did manage to get someone at the embassy to say, no
problem, so I'm assuming that it's ok.

I will move on to worrying about twenty other things...  :-)

ouch:(, I hope he gets better soon.
I am glad to hear you got the picture situation sorted out!
