Hi to all! Could anyone tell me what types of visa are available for my Canadian fiance (who has Canadian PR) to stay and work legally here in USA (while I'm American PR)? As I heard it's impossible for her to obtaine H1B visa unless she gets Canadian citizenship. Or it's a false?

Discuss the woman's circumstances in a consultation with an experienced
US immigration attorney. The attorney should be able to tell you what
options are or are not available to her depending on her circumstances.
