You cannot prove that you live with your wife. However, you can
demonstrate that you both receive mail at the same address; you can
demonstrate that your finances are commingled - which is why you
include copies of tax returns, insurance forms showing your spouse as
beneficiary, wills, lease or mortgages, car loans, and other things
that prove that you both live at the same address! When you have a lot
of information that demonstrates that you receive mail at the same
address and that your finances are commingled, the assumption is that
you live together!
