Hi all, I have a motion to Reopen appointment in June.  The initial
documentation (I-485, etc) was processed in June, 2003.  If my motion
to reopen gets approved does the timeline start from June 2003 or the
date we filed the motion to Reopen (Sept 2005)?  I guess what I am
asking is if I get approved at the MTR appointment do I get the
conditional green card or the 10 year card, since the initial papers
were filed over 2 years ago?  thanks!

It doesnt matter when the papers were filed, it matters how long youve
been married
